For those who have left their hometowns to work abroad, we want to support them, even if only a little, by delivering the taste of home. Everyone wants to live with their family. Everyone wants to live in the country where they were born. But for various reasons, there are people who leave their home country and work hard in Japan. When they experience the taste of home, they remember their family and their hometown, and it becomes the driving force behind their efforts. WASABI started with the hope of providing that kind of support.

The owner himself once worked alone in Tanzania, Africa, for his family.
There was very little Japanese food, and he had a hard time adjusting to the local food. He thought, "When I return to Japan, I want to eat all the sushi, ramen, and miso soup I can." However, on the plane back to Japan, he was served soba. The moment he ate it, a shock ran through his entire body. The wasabi in the broth surged through his body, instantly awakening his Japanese palate. Delicious! Amazing! He truly felt that from the bottom of his heart. It wasn't the sushi, ramen, or miso soup he had expected, but WASABI that awakened his Japanese palate.
