Our CEO, when working alone in Tanzania, Africa, once struggled to find food that suited his palate and to find Japanese food. However, at an unexpected moment, he encountered soba noodles and a wasabi-infused dipping sauce, and upon eating them, he felt a strong connection to his Japanese homeland.
